New ones don't do that. But I've used many that did, and never had a problem.

The 360 degrees is crank degrees, so it's really just saying to set the index...

I have a Valeo kit in an E46, and while it doesn't outright suck,
the stock E30 single mass is much better.

It will last for a while, but the 188 will last forever.

Now, if you find a great deal on a 168, you can always run it...

BUT if the car's already very low, yes, raise the ass, don't lower the nose.
