Parts compatibility

Ok, I'll try to keep this simple. I have two cars -

1985 325 Euro, 5 speed 2 door

and

1991 325i USDM, Auto, 4 door

My question: What parts can I use from the 85 to convert the 91 to manual? Will the transmission work? Am I better off using the manual radiator (it's in better shape)? Are the driveshafts the same length, or is the 4 door's longer? I assumed with the longer car it would have to be, but I want to make sure. Will the ECU need to be swapped, or is it engine specific only?

Bottom line: What parts will I need to buy?

Tranny will work fine, radiators do not matter (I still have my automatic one in place)

Driveshaft is the same from 4door/2 door
