E34 Touring Suppression Filter

Hey all, I'm attempting to change the suppression filter in my 92 touring. I've seen threads that say it's under the rear headliner. If it is, I must be blind. Does anyone know exactly where it is? Real OEM is vague.
I don't think your mom appreciates the value of those modifications

I have something hanging down at the top driver's (left) side of the rear fixed glass in my 92 touring. Top center of window. I'm not sure if it's the filter or an antenna or what. Too many other things to fix it . But maybe it's somewhere on that side???

What is a suppression filter?
I never saw anything under there. If anything youd be looking under the d pillar, not the headliner.
