Feeler, custom e30 & e36 door panels, blanks, graphics, realistic carbon fiber vinyl

IMPORTANT:
For the time being, I am all done doing aluminum door panels. My move has limited availability/costs of materials and due to the new location massively increased shipping. As a result, I cannot in good faith continue to do these. I do seem to have spawned a few copycats who want to undermine my efforts to bring you the best quality and most options for finish, while also doing so at the lowest cost. I have not seen anything worthy of recommendation, so I can't really help there.

Once I am settled, I will be looking into making compression molded carbon fiber door panels, and already have all the materials to do so. So keep an eye out for those in the future. Thank you everyone who did a project with me, and allowed me to make your car unique... and a hell of a lot more durable.

-Gregg

Models I can currently do:

e10 coupe - Front doors, Rear block off panels
e30 coupe - Front doors, Rear block off panels, Sunroof delete
e36 sedan - Front doors, Rear doors, Glovebox delete, Front & Rear floor pans, Rear trunk floor (replaces flimsy mat)
e36 coupe - Front doors, Rear block off panels, Glovebox delete, Front floor pans
Hardware kits - see page 3

Really cool stuff. Love the motorsports stripes on the black panel.

- Im wondering, on the e36 coupe panel, why it seems a liittle short on the top. Compared to the e30 panel which is more refined.
- Also, how are you mounting them- rivets or bolts. Are you offering them pre-drilled
- Whats the base price- per set (bare alumn)

Short answer: The e36 coupe doors are really dumb. They're way overcomplicated and cramped, compared to the e30, which fits into a nice flat recess, and the e36 sedan which has a flat perimeter to attach to all around.

The e36 coupe has a lot of majorly recessed areas, notably the center and across the top. It's also very slim, so the bottom edge leaves very little room for fasteners. If you look at the installed pics, you can see the bolts towards the end had to be avoided. This was truly the only way to shape the e36 panel without doing a stamped or formed panel, which would be much more costly, and harder to ship. I will be eventually doing a version like that anyways, due to multiple requests.

I installed all of mine with threaded rivets, and recommend that for daily drivers or people who still want to retain working windows. All panels come pre-drilled, the holes are specifically placed to avoid any important internal workings, leave the stock holes for OEM door card clips unharmed, and everything will be hidden with no visible change if someone were to go back to stock cards.

This is to offer a better alternative to the stock door cards which are falling apart at alarming rates, due to weak materials. These should effectively last a lifetime. It also offers a better option than the Bimmerworld & other panels at the same price, which are hopelessly lacking in fit and finish:

If you're removing tar, this is hands down THE BEST stuff out there for the job:

Shipping is annoyingly expensive. It cost $70 just to ship a pair of front panels from Northern California to Oregon.

I know Canada is always extra too... someone needs to give UPS and Fed Ex some competition. Postal Service sucks super bad too, they lost 4 of my packages last year, never using them again.

Great looking stuff man. My panels are in great shape or I'd be considering something like this.
