M52B28 Compression test results. Good?

Looking for advice on an engime I'm considering buying.

following numbers are from a hot compression test


cyl1. 165
cyl2. 170
cyl3. 190
cyl4. 175
cyl5. 190
cyl6. 180

You generally don't want a greater than 10% spread between compression numbers. So if the high is 190, the low would be 171.
